Jill Carlisle Joyce

March 16, 1954 - May 21, 2007

Jill C. Joyce, 53, of Mansfield, died Monday, May 21, 2007 at the James Cancer Center after a three year battle with cancer. Born March 16, 1954 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Gene and Marilyn Massa Carlisle. She worked at Shiloh Corporation. Mrs. Joyce was a member of the First Congregational Church. She enjoyed sports, and spending time with her family and grandson.
She is survived by her husband of ten years, Martin ‘Marty’ Joyce; three children, Eric and Adair Pittman of Mansfield, Brooke and Don Bandy of Homeworth, and Andrew Pittman of Mansfield; grandson, Dominic Pittman; parents, Gene and Marilyn Carlisle; sisters and brother-in-law, Sharon and Bob Richwine of Columbus, and Laurie and Len Keller of Connoquenessing, Pennsylvania; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack and Helen Joyce of University Heights; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, John Joyce, Jr. of University Heights, Tim and Janet Joyce of Mansfield, Monica Joyce of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, Terry and Jan Joyce of Fairview Park; aunts and uncle, Shirley and Tom Garrison of Mansfield, Doris Massa of Florida, and Marge Massa of Mansfield; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2007 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home conducted by Rev. David Root.
