Kevin Richard Bauer

LORIS, SC: Mr. Kevin Richard Bauer, age 55, died Friday, May 1, 2009 at Loris Community Hospital.
Mr. Bauer was born March 30, 1954 in Mansfield, Ohio to Richard Bauer and Betty Hocquet Bauer. Mr. Bauer worked as a machinist and he was of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Bauer was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, who will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly J. Bauer of the home; two sons, Torrey and Brian Bauer both of Fort Myers, FL; two step sons, Walter Burghard and Benjamin Burghard and wife, Lorena all of Myrtle Beach, SC; step daughter, Tina Westfall and husband, Chris of New Hampshire; brother, David Bauer of Ohio; sister, Becky Harvey of St. Petersburg, FL; and many loving grand and great grandchildren.

Mr. Bauer was predeceased by his parents; and step daughter, Lisa Schrack.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at Hardwick Memorial Chapel. Reverend Drew Jackson will officiate services. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at Hardwick Funeral Home in Loris, SC.
